Breeders Cup Jewelry collection

The world-renowned Breeders’ Cup was first run at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles in November, 1984. In this first of many historical Breeders’ Cup races, our friend and jockey, Pat Day, would ride Wild Again, the 31-1 long shot, to victory. From the excitement of two Kentucky Derby winners facing off (Alysheba and Ferdinand in 1987), to the celebration of the longest-odds horse ever to win the cup (Arcangues in 1993 at 133-1 odds!), the Breeders’ Cup never disappoints. This traveling event is held at different tracks across the country and, though not a part of the famed “triple crown”, it is considered a part of the “Grand Slam” of races, which has only ever been won by a single horse: American Pharaoh (2015). Darren K. Moore is thrilled to have been a part of the Breeders’ Cup event, and to officially become the licensed jeweler for The Breeders’ Cup in 2018.
